Unable to use OAuth - Error Message

I am attempting to authorize an AirTable application to use OAuth with Matillion ETL (an orchestration tool).

I am getting a an error while trying to authorize the application, related to the "state" field not being configured correctly.

Can anyone help?

So I went ahead and set up the example OAuth application from Github and it's working fine...except that I have to manually choose a "base" via the "add a base" button.  But when I try to automatically approve this via Matillion ETL, I never get the option.  I wonder if that's part of why?   Also, I don't seem to see a place for the code or code_verifier (in the Matillion ETL OAuth setup interface).  

Are those required?
