Query my Airtable base with about 5000 entries with LLM tools

Hi Airtable community, 

I am looking for AI tools with which I can query our team's Airtable database with. It's a massive database with about 5000 entries, and each record contains a vast amount of information. The idea is that we can query the Airtable with questions regarding the data.

I worry that existing AI add-ons will not be able to handle that amount of information. Does anyone have thoughts or recommendations on what an appropriate tech setup would be for this?

Hi, 

Scalefree International GmbH has done similar work for other clients. The major issue is not the data volume (5000 entries is not a big number, even if the size of the record is large). Your major issue is the connectivity (there are third-party tools or you just script the Airtable API) and training the model. 

Do you look into a LLM for conversional purposes? Or more a conversional fact-engine?
