Hi :slightly_smiling_face:
I am building portfolio database for crypto trading. In my base I want to have live coin price, so I can track movement from current price and the price at which I initially invested.
There are few websites that support API, but I am not sure how to use it and if that can be done.
Is that possible to achieve, if yes can you please help me do it?
Also, I am on Pro plan on Airtable.
Thank you for your time.

Yes. It is fully possible, but you should be more clear about your tracking latency expectations. Does this tracking app need to be updated at millisecond intervals as most trading tools work?
No. But I suspect there are some really helpful consultants in the community ready to jump on this. Perhaps some have already built similar systems.

Yes, you can integrate live coin prices into your Airtable portfolio using APIs like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap. With Airtable’s Pro plan, you can use the Scripting app or external tools like Zapier to pull real-time data. I can guide you through the process.
Also, consider using enterprise crypto wallets like MPC Wallets for secure storage and advanced features like multi-user access and institutional-grade security. Let me know if you'd like help setting up either!
