How to create list of dates for the year

I'm completely new to Air Table and very unfamiliar with the available formulas.

I want to have rows display dates for the whole of 2023. Yes, a long list of every day of the year. I'm including a picture as an example.

I'm sure I can achieve this with a formula? Instead of manually...
