Hi everyone,
I’m a free user currently testing AITable to potentially implement it in our ad agency. I’ve created a content calendar that includes a status field with options like “approved,” “reproved,” and others.
My question is for those of you who are paid users:
Is it possible to share an interface with a client where they can only comment and change the status (for example, from “review” to “approved”)? I want to ensure that clients have limited interaction capabilities while maintaining control over the rest of the content.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Daniel

Yeap, paid plans allow you to share an Interface without sharing the underlying base, and with Business and above plans you'll be able to hide collaborators from each other. https://support.airtable.com/docs/managing-and-sharing-interfaces

Yeap, you'd create an Interface where only the status field is editable and allow them to comment
