About the Work

I'm looking for an experienced no-code developer to work with me to build the company's back-office technology.

I'm expecting to need about 10 hrs / week of your time for the foreseeable future. My budget is in the range of $35 - $65/hr.

Specifically, you'll:

• Automate different back-office operational processes to help us scale
• Build dashboards to help with visibility into our processes
• Leverage AI for even further automation
• Work alongside a Webflow developer

The current stack is Webflow + Airtable + Convertkit. I'm looking to add Make.com into the mix.

About You:

You are an experienced and self-sufficient Airtable and no-code generalist.

• At least a couple years of no-code development work
• Is a great teacher (I want to learn as you build)
• Fluent in english
