I am looking at standardizing our marketing team on Airtable for project management and tracking.
We have two main use-cases and could use clarity on how to set them up/best practices.
We want the use-case to be as lightweight as possible, but also be a replacement for all our various calendars and planning spreadsheets.
Ideally we can take advantage of the relational aspect of the tool and keep data normalized (we don’t want to keep adding tabs, we rather add views to existing tabs)
Keep like data all in one place so we can have a unified activity calendar.
Looking for someone to help us implement this.
