Medium sized estate agency in Australia seeking to improve user experience and efficiencies Seeking to build scrap a series of individual systems in lieu of adopting Airtable for our core workflow suite plugged into our property me data base. 

Scope

a. Integration with Property Me (uses Oauth 2.0 bearer tokens) across 5 separate portfolios with 40+ users

1.  Workflows for property onboarding / off boarding 

2. Workflows for lease renewals management

3. Tenant Vacate 

4. Bond Claims and disputes

5. Compliance actions per property
