Scope

a. Integration with Property Me (uses Oauth 2.0 bearer tokens) across 5 separate portfolios with 40+ users

1.  Workflows for property onboarding / off boarding 

2. Workflows for lease renewals management

3. Tenant Vacate 

4. Bond Claims and disputes

5. Compliance actions per property
