We are new to Airtable and need some help getting some of the features working (particularly linking tables and also hopefully setting up a search and replace feature).
We are using Airtable to track hundreds of photos in a very large documentary project (7 hours of video). This project is for a private foundation.
The database will include tables of current photos (that are in the current version of the film) and tables of the new photos (we are replacing many of the current photos and also tracking copyright info). We want to be able to search new photos, find the one we want, and insert the new one into a record of the current photos which are in another table (most of the current photos will be replaced).
Also helpful would be some general advise on better search criteria and categories and
help to set up linking, lookup, and a way to insert photo from one table to the another.
Also setting up useful views of data.
