The new role is called Customer Support Advocate. You’ll be providing online support for our creative and expansive range of customers, including everyone from video producers to cattle ranchers. You’re a great match if you’re a natural troubleshooter, get excited by working closely with customers to unlock their potential within Airtable, and have the ability to deep dive and learn the product inside and out.
For this role, we’re looking for candidates who are:
Experienced remote workers
Display strong written communication skills
Able to explain a technical product and complex workflows to non-technical users
