Any way to hide linked fields on a form?

Hi guys,

I’ve got a form with a single select option, that’s linking to another table. However when you click to add, it shows all of the fields for all of the records in the linked table. Is there any way to prevent seeing all of the fields during selection? It pulls every field from the linked table.

That extra data only appears when you test the form while building it. Click the “Open Form” link at the top of that form view and try it, and you’ll see that the only thing that appears is what’s in the primary field.
