Hi,

Is there a way to BCC people when I send a record via a base? I need to hide other people’s emails for data protection.

Unfortunately the “Send record” feature does not have an option for specifying BCC recipients. If you can rework this scenario to use an automation, though, I believe that both the Airtable and Gmail “Send email” automation actions both support BCC.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I’m not able to set up an automation for this as the email addresses are always different, it’s not a set list. Looks like I’ll just have to stick to sending individual records! :confused:
