I am trying that after updating a record in one table (Example: Table 1) this creates a new record in another table (Example: Table 2)

The only way to create new records based on the changes made to other records is to use outside help, either in the form of an integration service like Zapier or Integromat, or custom API code. If you’re not comfortable doing either of these yourself, you can post to the Work Offered category and ask for help.
