I have just started. I am trying to add someone to share. They got the acceptance link, created an account, but my database does not show up for him and he doesn’t appear anywhere when I log in.

What email address did you invite, and which email address did he use to sign up? If those are different, then the invite won’t work. I would first try confirming with him which email address he used to sign up and then trying to invite that email address again.
