Delete and upload all records from excel to airtable with integromat

Hello!
I’m trying to automate my airtable with integromat (excel data to airtable) and I manage to do it. But the only way a found was in the record detail (level). So if i have a table with 20k records, i need to delete one by one and upload one by one too… It works but takes too much time to complete.
Does anyone know how (or if its possible) to do delete all the records from the table with integromat? The same thing to upload.
