Email notifications not working

I can’t seem to get email notifications to work in Airtable. I have a collaborator field, with the option clicked on that says “Notify collaborators when they’re added.” I’ve also checked my notification settings and email notifications are enabled. This is not working for my account or any of my co-worker’s accounts. Any thoughts? Thanks!

What email notifications are you not receiving? You will only get notifications of comments that are made within the activity panel of a record that you were added to (or mentioned within).

I would like to get a notification whenever I’m added to the collaborator field. I thought that’s what “notify collaborators when they’re added” meant. Is that not correct?
