Email Tasks to Airtable

Question from an Airtable novice: I’d like my company to use Airtable as a project management system that allows us to track shared deadlines/deliverables, but also lets each employee keep track of individual tasks.

The big trick here is getting buy-in from my boss. Ideally, that means he would be able to just send/forward emails that would automatically populate a record in our personal to do list in Airtable.

Is this possible? And if so, how?
