Form response missing

Hello, I have automated a form to be sent to participants when their record enters a particular view. So far this has worked pretty reliably. However, the last time I sent it, while the recipient received it and completed it, I cannot see him answers in Airtable. I even tried to re-send, he completed it again, and still no response in Airtable. Any idea what might be going on?

Welcome to the community, @Stacey_Lopaz! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: My gut feeling is that the view(s) you’re checking might have one or more filters that prevent you from seeing the incoming form results for some reason. It might be helpful to create a new view with minimal (or no) filters to ensure that you see all available records, including those from form submissions.
