If Yes checked then duplicate record in linked table

Hello. I’m trying to configure a base to help me with my podcast producing. I have a table containing a list of Artists of Interest. And I have an Episode table with each episode’s production tasks and schedule. Would it be possible when an Artist of Interest accepts an invitation to check a box and have her/his name automatically populate a filed in the Episodes table? In other words, to have a field in the Episodes table auto populate with an Artist’s name every time she agreed to be interviewed? I hope this makes sense. I’d appreciate any suggestions.
