Inviting new user not working

Hi, I invited a new user to a base, however, the emails aren't arriving nor are the confirmation emails arriving.

I emailed them the link to the base which arrived, however, they need to confirm their email but that confirmation email is also not arriving. 

AM I THE ONLY ONE HAVING  THIS ISSUE?

Did you ever get a solution to this? I am having this same problem now with a co-worker not receiving the email confirmations.
