I’m trying to create a form to collect information after a sports event. I need the following fields included ‘Competitor Number’, ‘Penalty’, ‘Penalty Location’.
I created a second table with the fields but when I brought them into the form they are ‘Read-only and won’t be displayed on the form.’ Does anyone know how to get the fields to be displayed on the form so the event officials can complete this section with multiple responses, ie more than 1 competitor penalised?
Thanks

Hi @Alison_Deuchars,
Actually you want to embed the a form in other form and I am not sure if this is available as every form stores data in specific table.
Why don’t you store the fields you mentioned in the same form and then you request those fields to an other table.
Thanks.

Thanks Dimitris, much appreciated.
If I understand you correctly, I need work opposite from what I have tried. Use fields in table/form A to create table B instead of trying to link pre-made table B to table/form A.
I’ll give it a go!
