Hello dear Community,

I am brand-spankin' new to this platform. I am doing a trial interview in a few weeks and the organization that I am interviewing for uses Airtable especially for managing their staff and for their intense travel and organizational schedules.

Might anyone have a referral for me either a mentor/tutor or for a program that I can access online?

Thank you!

Hey @amduchene! I did not take a deep look into it, but you will def want to check out Airtables’ official course and certification

Since you are brand new to the platform, I recommend LinkedIn Learning's "Learning Airtable" course by community member and consultant Scott Rose. It is a short introduction to the fundamental concepts.

My guide is more designed for people who are already familiar with the basics of Airtable and want to dig a bit deeper.

Airtable's official course has good content, but it can be a bit overwhelming for a new person who doesn't have much time or background.

Thank you, kuovonne. I have looked into Scott Rose's course on LinkedIn. He mentions that his course is a free intro course but I have not been able to sign up for the course without paying a $39.99 monthly membership fee.  I will keep researching . I appreciate your response.

Scott's course is free to LinkedIn Learning members. If you are not a member, you used to be able to purchase the course by itself for a one-time fee.

@ScottWorld  Do you know if LInkedIn Learning changed its pricing for your course? I don't see the one-time purchase button anymore?

Hi @kuovonne,

Interesting! Wow, thanks for discovering that!

LinkedIn owns my course, so they never keep me up-to-date on any pricing changes. I just checked, and you’re right! The one-time purchase option is gone!

That is a real bummer. However, it looks like they still offer the 30-day free trial option for new members, so somebody can get it for an even better price — free. They would just need to be a new member and then take the course within 30 days of signing up for LinkedIn Learning.

Also, here’s the link for anybody looking for my course: Learning Airtable
