My enterprise admin can't access the Enterprise Admin Panel

Hey everyone!

I need to enable to Scripting app but my Enterprise Admin says he can’t access the Enterprise Admin Panel.

If I understand correctly, he needs to go to the “Enterprise Admin Panel”, then go to “Settings”, then switch off the “Disable development of custom code” off and then I’ll be able to install it.

For some reason, when he tries to install the app it says he can’t, even though he’s the admin.

Am I missing something?

This is a community forum and most users here are not familiar with Enterprise features. I recommend that you contact Airtable support directly. With an enterprise account, you should get a response from support fairly quickly.
