Page Designer not printing in color or the right size-- doesn't match print preview

I can’t get the page designer to print in color or export to pdf in color. Also, in the print preview on the screen, it looks perfectly sized, but when I print, everything is squished into the top left 50% of the page.

Yes, I’ve checked my printer settings.

I’ve made a print view using the blocks. I’ve set the page direction to Landscape. But every time I’m printing i manually have to switch to Landscape in the print prompt - is there away around this? Secondly my printer constantly prints an empty page. Tried to move content away from the edges and play around with the margins but no matter what, my printer prints my view followed by a blank page. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of the empty page?

Also i am getting the wrong colors when printing out pages,
I chose some specific colors that are set for one of our products,
when i choose:
R 238
G 112
B 102
HEX: #ee7066
it displays the color correctly in the page designer block, but as soon as i go on to printing out a record the color switches to some almost deep wine-red looking color (.pdf and real printing)
