Just an FYI that nearly every form software on the entire Internet — such as the popular JotForm or Cognito Forms — can integrate with Airtable using Make. (And if there is some obscure form software out there that doesn’t have native Make integration, you can either tap into its API by using Make’s HTTP module or you can send webhooks to Make.)
However, I think you are looking for form software or portal software that was specifically designed from the ground up to communicate back-and-forth with Airtable. Here are some of the most popular forms & portals that I know of: Fillout, Noloco, Softr, JetAdmin, and Glide.
