The form view on Airtable currently doesn’t support prefilled hidden fields. Being able to receive input for hidden fields would be very helpful. Being able to receive this input in various ways would be even better. I would love to be able to star or pin records, causing them to take the #1 place in a table, regardless of whether or not sorting is active. Often times I will sort things alphabetically for ease-of-access in finding desired records, though there may be a handful of records I want easier access to without creating a separate view for them. I find text fields on Airtable jarring - sometimes it’s markdown, sometimes html, sometimes both, sometimes neither. My suggestion is to allow markdown in the help text field on forms. Problem Get enough people in a base and the public name space for views gets cluttered pretty quickly. Cluttered views means confused or inefficient users. I have a project management base that our team is building out at the moment and while it is going to be amazing, there are certain aspects of it that are starting to be overwhelming, such as the very long list of views in each table. I think it would be amazing (and I imagine, relatively easy) to have folders to clean up and organize views. I am very glad Airtable has added options to the possibilities for prefilling forms, especially the ability to prefill linked records. However, it seems this functionality expects the record index string as the prefill query parameter. I’m happy to have someone point me to the right way to do this if I am mistaken, but if I am not, I would find it very useful to link records by record ID. This would make scenarios like this possible: enter the One part in a One to Many data relationship in a first form; redirect the first form to https://airtable.com/formForManyPart?prefil_link={record_id} on success; enter one Many part correctly linked to its One. I would love the ability to set a standard date format across all of my bases when a date is used in a formula field, or for the formula field to use the same date format as is set in the date field it refers to. It’s not a huge issue to use the DATETIMEFORMAT function in the formula field, but when you have to do this 20-30 times, it would sure be nice to be able to set a default across the base, or to simply mirror the formating in the date field being referenced. ...
