Have you ever wanted to display the information you have stored in an Airtable field on a form?

Maybe you want to display an image from your base on your form?

Your Airtable base

Or maybe you want the form user to choose a specific record from your Airtable base in the form?

Then, once they choose the record, you show them information from 4 - 5 fields in that record?

You can do all this with the On2Air Forms app for Airtable.

Here’s an example using an Airtable base that contains Companies who are in the Pilots Club :flight_departure: :flight_departure: :flight_departure: .

The table contains the company name, their logo, location, and the year they were founded.

  • You have a table called Companies with 150 companies. You only want to display the 70 “Active” companies as a dropdown field on your form.
  • The person completing the form can choose from the list of 70 Companies.
  • Once the user chooses a Company, it then displays a list of Locations that are specific to that Company .

  • At the same time, it also displays the Company Logo and the year the Company was founded on the form. All of it comes from your Airtable record based on the Company they selected.
