Around two weeks ago I released an Airtable extension that helps you save emails to Airtable. A lot of you were so kind to have tried it out and gave me many valuable feedback, thank you!
I started working on snippets and blocks that can be set up in your Airtable base to log emails and act as an CRM like Salesforce does. I wrote an article here to show you some cool features and views you could create with Airtable and emails to use your base as a CRM.
I am also in the process of creating a generalised Airtable CRM template and will make it available for free so more people can get started using Airtable as a CRM quickly. I thought that CRM systems are best customised to be most useful, but if you are interested in helping me by giving me some feedback, leave a response here.
