I'm using the Outlook automation "When a new email is received" for the first time. However, it's not allowing me to pull the Sender. The Sender is grayed out (see image), and when I hover over it, it says, "No valid nested options."
Has anyone seen this before? Do you have any idea how to fix it so it will pull the Sender into the newly created record?
