In the following table, why won’t the email addresses (Email and Email 2
columns) show up as hyperlinks so that you can click on an email address and
it opens your default email program? Please help!

And here’s the base
Even if you achieve this linkage, there’s a chance some users won’t be happy about the experience. Imagine a user whose “default” email client is actually a web browser and not a desktop app. The mailto: protocol URL would have no choice but to load whatever the OS believes is the default email client.
