Move individual records

Forum|alt.badge.img+5

Good morning.

I use Airtable to inventory my craft supplies.

I have built a new workspace, exactly like my first one. I am trying to move individual records from the first base to the second base.

I am not techy (read senior citizen) and need the simplest solution. To build buttons or automations or any of the other wonderful things mentioned is beyond my ken. Of course, if this is the only way for it to be done, I will need very simple instructions. I did try to copy and paste, and it didn't work. It only moved one cell.

TIA

Hi @Cheryl_Jackson ,

Check the record as shown in the image, copy it with Ctrl+C ( Command + C ) on the keyboard, and paste it into another base with Ctrl+V ( Command + V).
However, the base to which you paste requires the same sequence of columns.

Thank you, Sho. This worked perfectly.
