Can you please advise on which plan I need to have in order to be able to do so?

I think for all blocks functionality, you need to be on the $20 a month Pro plan

To add on @andywingrave reply, you meed the Pro Plan to use any block, this is $20 a month if you pay annually or $24 if you pay per month.
