+4you could probably make something work with the google calendar integration, the simplest form being to have the two sync with one another.
I haven’t tried this myself, but the Twilio integration should be able to ‘Trigger when a new record is available in a view’ and send an sms. I don’t know if it needs to be a ‘new’ record, or just new to that view, ex. if the view filters by date or time for example, when a record is filtered to show up, will it count as a ‘new record in that view’
