Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from Airtable. I've spent 6 weeks trying to get several questions answered. We had the same experience when trying to onboard with Airtable. Unfortunately we stuck it out and continued with Airtable instead of going in another direction.

The take away for anyone else that reads this. The only way to get any response is via Airtable support.
