I have a store with lots of items, at the moment we try to make airtable as our only system.
in the store lots of items and when a customer buy from us he can have 3 shampoos and 4 hair mask then add 3 brushes and 6 pens… I can’t find a way to make it easy to multiply the items …
any suggestions or templates I can learn from?
+25You need to have a sepearate table for “line items” for each order. Each record in the line items table would be linked to a product and to a order and then you’d have another field, probably a Number-type, for quantity. See this example from Airtable’s template gallery:
