Hey Airtable Community! It’s been a couple of weeks since the Community relaunch, and I wanted to spotlight some of the enhancements we built out for our members. Let's dive in:
1. Updated: Airtable Enterprise Network

For Airtable enterprise customers, the Airtable Enterprise Network (“AEN”) is a dedicated space for enterprise users to connect, exchange ideas, and access exclusive resources tailored to their needs.
In the previous Community experience, members would have to “request to join” and wait for a moderator to approve them before they had access to the Network. Now, the Enterprise Network is automatically visible to enterprise customers by logging in with SSO!
Once logged in, members can find the Enterprise Network in the main navigation under Discussions -> Builders Board -> Enterprise Network. Additionally, there is a new banner on the home page to quickly take you there. Be sure to subscribe to that page to be notified of upcoming events!
2. New: Welcome Category with Onboarding Resources page

Navigating a new platform can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we’ve created a new Welcome category to guide you. Within this category, you’ll find:
- Getting Started on Community: Check out this area for our Community Guidelines, and be sure to introduce yourself to your peers! Be on the lookout for soon to be updated content in this space.
- Onboarding Resources: Whether you're a beginner looking to learn Airtable basics or an experienced user looking for a refresher on best practices, subscribe to this board and be sure to register for our monthly Onboarding Office Hour events! This is your chance to learn from the Airtable team and get hands-on help with your Airtable use cases.
- Announcements: Love hearing about new updates from the Airtable product team? Be sure to subscribe to our Announcements blog, where we’ll post about new Airtable capabilities, spotlight our monthly Community Top Contributors, and share new Product Playback posts so you can stay up to date on trending product feedback. For example, maybe you saw the latest announcement about the launch of Portals 👀
3. New: Builders Board

One of the highlights of the community relaunch is the introduction of the Builders Board. This space serves as a hub for Airtable enthusiasts to network and share inspiration. Within this category, you’ll find:
- Show & Tell: Leverage this space to show off the awesome work you’ve done with Airtable! Whether it’s a game-changing new workflow leveraging AI, or a small adjustment you’ve made to your base that’s unlocked efficiency gains, share it with the community! We’d all love to get inspired by you.
- Jobs Board: Leverage this space to let people know about Airtable-related job postings, or if you’re an Airtable expert and are looking for your next opportunity!
- Product Discussions: As we’ve now unlocked the ability to send your product feedback directly into Airtable, this new Product Discussions board is available for anyone looking to discuss functionality with fellow community members.
4. New Badges!
As part of the community relaunch, Airtable has introduced new badges to recognize the contributions and engagement of users. We’re going to keep introducing more badges on a regular cadence, but here are two badges related to the relaunch we’re excited to roll out:
- Community Founders badge: If you make a Community post before April 15, you’ll earn this badge to celebrate your early activity on the new community platform!
- Relaunch Day badge: This badge will be awarded to users who logged in within the first 48 hours of the relaunch.

We’re so excited to keep highlighting our members' commitment to the Airtable community with new badges and recognition moving forward!
As you keep exploring these new features, please be sure to let us know what would improve your Community experience, as we’re continuing to process your feedback and make updates to this space. Happy building!
