Autonumber with breakpoint

I want to restart at 1 (one) when a group changes. Example:
apples-green
apples-red
oranges-orange
oranges-green

I want to restart with 1 at oranges-oranges. In a well-known spreadsheet that would be easy (and how I do it now).

Any ideas?
