Hi guys!
I wonder if there’s something I’m doing wrong but it seems I’m unable to trigger/use “AI lab” feature in my workspace. Long story short, we’re on the business plan but I don’t see anywhere “Get early access to new AI features”.
Under my workspace I can only see this single option.
Any advise on how to make sure those features are available to us? I’d love to start creating customise interfaces 🙏

It sounds like the “AI Lab” feature hasn’t been rolled out to your workspace yet. Even on the Business plan, Airtable is still gradually enabling AI Lab access — it’s not available to all workspaces by default.
A few things you can check:
Make sure you’re an admin or creator on the workspace (the feature won’t appear for read-only or comment-only roles).
Confirm that your workspace region and version are eligible — AI Lab access is being released in phases.
If you’ve confirmed both and still don’t see it, reach out to Airtable support to request early access. They can manually enable it if your plan qualifies.
