ICYMI, Paris Winfrey (@pwin25), Assistant Director of Program Operations at West Virginia University, graced us with his presence this week to walk us through how his team at WVU is driving adoption of Airtable and Airtable AI across their department!

He shared how they tackled the challenge of grant reporting, budget tracking, and change management in a higher education environment and talked with attendees about:

  • Overcoming adoption barriers with Airtable Academy, builder groups, and office hours

  • Navigating internal resistance around AI in higher ed and working with IT and data governance teams

  • Building solutions that support grant compliance, impact tracking, and cross-team collaboration

He also demoed his AI-powered workflows and answered a ton of great questions about going from 500 spreadsheets to Airtable, how he tackled training Airtable newbies, and more! Watch the recording below and comment with any questions you might have or reach out to @pwin25 to keep the conversation going 🙌🏻

Thanks for posting the video in the post!  I always bookmark these with the idea that I’ll get to it later, and now with the video right there I find myself just watching it instead heh

I’m definitely guilty of that too, @TheTimeSavingCo 😅
