AT community, Yes I have searched and used AI and I’m not getting a good answer on this question. I have a pre-filled form to advertisers. I want some of the prefilled fields to be locked so that the content cannot be change. Has anyone found a workaround for this and be willing to share step by step on how to do it. I’m very new to AT and want to learn! Thank you!

When our students graduate they want to preserve the information that's in their Airtables. What is the recommended way to do this? I'm pretty sure there's an Excel plug-in that would allow them to dump everything into Excel and preserve it as a local file. Are there any other recommendations? Or is there a way to maintain access to their Airtables in perpetuity? On a related note, what happens to the students' accounts once they graduate?

I have a typical CRM Airtable base that has three tables: Name, Company and Project. Records in the tables are all linked together. Now I want to create another base that uses (syncs) information from two of the tables: Name and Company. It's easy enough to create a new Base and sync the two tables...but when I do, the linking between the two tables goes away. In other words, in the new Base I lose the knowledge that John Doe works for XYZ company. It shows us as text, of course, the records are not linked. Is there any way to fix this?

We had ~40 EDU professionals in attendance, and we’re blown away by the conversations and excitement that we saw. We’re feeling inspired for future meetings, and can’t wait to continue building this user group together on the Airtable Community. As a friendly reminder - if you have students at your institution that are interested in exploring deeper functionality than what's offered in the Free plan, Airtable does offer Team Level FREE licenses for students. I know there are a number of institutions starting to embed Airtable into the curriculum. Secondarily - it's worth noting that while many of you know there is a discount for EDU/Nonprofit on our Team Plans; we also heavily discount our Business and Enterprise Scale plans to make them more accessible to education leaders. Just reach out to the sales team if you want to better understand pricing options for the higher license tiers.

Hello Everyone, This is currently a small and new user group, but it has incredible potential. With over 900 school districts in California and over 60,000 in the US, we have an opportunity to reach countless educators and students who could benefit from our shared experiences. I am from a school district in Southern California, where we started with Airtable in February 2017 with a simple work order system. Today, we've grown to nearly 1,000 bases across all district departments, school sites, staff, and students. I hope this group can become a collaborative space where we can all share our experiences and learn from each other.
