looking for airtable pro to help guide my social media management agency hub

Hi everyone! I run a social-media management and creator-management agency (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, OnlyFans), and I’m building a fully centralized Airtable hub to manage everything: content planning, scheduling, creator onboarding, team operations, revenue tracking, posting workflows, and daily KPIs.

I’m looking for an Airtable pro who can help me:

  • Build a clean database architecture for creators, content, platforms, tasks, and revenue

  • Set up automations (posting queues, reminders, approvals, performance updates)

  • Create dashboards for each creator + internal departments

  • Connect data across multiple bases (subs-by-day, goal tracking, content pipelines, etc.)

  • Optimize forms for collecting content from creators

  • Improve views and interfaces for my team (chatters, social posters, managers)

If you’re experienced with building large operational systems in Airtable, especially for agencies or social-media workflows, I’d love your help or recommendations! (i ofc will pay good money for this.
