Fun fact: 80%+ of the universities in this year’s NCAA Men’s Tournament are Airtable customers. More fun fact - 100% of the #1 seeds are Airtable customers (correlation or causation - I'll let you be the judge).
So we decided to have some fun with it. We built a fully functioning March Madness bracket challenge in Airtable — complete with a custom interface, live leaderboard, and a way to click into each university to see how they’re using Airtable across campus.
The goal is simple: make the tournament a fun way to educate our internal teams about the incredible work our higher ed customers are doing with Airtable and help drive more advocacy for the EDU community we support.
