Hi @Coline_Poidevin,
We're a small digital agency called Minnow based just outside Bath in the UK, supporting a range of individuals and small businesses with their Airtable needs. I'd be more than happy to hop on a call and have a chat. Your requirements look fairly straightforward and well within Airtable's capabilities. Feel free to book in a call for a time that works best for you using this link.
Cheers!
James
Hey @Coline_Poidevin,
I’m on of the Top Airtable Developers. I’d be happy to hop on a call to through your specific needs and share some insights and guidelines with you.
Also, just FYI if you’d like to see how Project Management systems should be structured in Airtable you might want to take a look at this set by step video I recorded :D
Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi @Coline_Poidevin,
I can definitely help you with everything you listed and more! 😊
I am one of the original 5 Airtable consultants that was vetted & handpicked by Airtable, and I remain the best full-service Airtable consultant to this day.
I am not based in the UK (I am in the New York time zone), but I will be spending some extended time in the UK this summer, so we can meet in person if you’d like.
If you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Expert Airtable Consultant — ScottWorld
Thank you!
Scott
Hmm, it’s pretty unlikely that you’ll be able to use the free plan I’m afraid. The free plan only has 1000 records per base and each contact, todo item, etc would be one record, so you'd run out pretty quick
It also only has 100 automation runs, which you’d also run out of pretty quick. For example, if your workflow involves selecting individual contacts and wanting an email to be automatically sent via Outlook using an Airtable automation, you could only send 100 emails a month, and you’d probably have a bunch of other automations you’d want running too
The next step up would be Teams, which gives you 50k records and 2k runs per month, and you’d probably be fine with that, but it really depends on how much data you’ve already got. If you’ve got like 40k contacts, that might be a bit of an issue
---
Timezone wise, I work full UK hours and I’d be happy to help with your project. I'm pretty active on the forums so you can get a grasp of how I work from my activity here as well as some reviews, and I've got a bunch of example projects that you can find here
If you think I could help, here's a link to schedule a free half hour call to see if we're a good fit, best of luck either way!
Oh yes, fully agree with Adam above re: free tier not being enough. Also, Airtable provides so much value that it pretty much pays for itself :D
In any case, free tier might be enough for the development phase!

Hi there!
We have experience working within media and entertainment specifically working with Apple Music teams (record label, audio production, music video production, etc.) as well as Apple TV+.
We’ve designed several systems across industries with a focus in project management that have components and automations ready to go:
Components
- Approvals
- Campaigns
- Projects
- People
- Documents
Integrations
- Google Drive
- Google Calendar
- Quickbooks / Ramp
For your use case we’d recommend at least the Team plan as the free plan does hit certain limits.
