Is it possible to add PDF (or photo) to the background of a Form and then just add your fields?

Hi!

I'm building RMA system in AT. I'm creating Form outside of my table for manufacturers, but some manufacturers have their own RMA form. So I want to somehow recreate their PDF (use it as a template and add my fields from AT).  Can I create Form by adding existing PDF (or photo) and just add my fields on top?

Nope, but that’s one of the built-in features of JotForm.

So just build your PDF forms in JotForm, and then use Make’s JotForm integrations to bring your form submissions into Airtable.
