Hi, I'm getting this error, and I have no idea what it means or how to fix it:

Any help with fixing this is much appreciated.

Thanks

Hm I’d suggest re-setting your Airtable connection and trying it again:

Just tried that and unfortunately, hasn’t it worked.

Thanks

Hmm...could I confirm that the record ID you’re trying to get is in the correct base / table?  Make’s error messaging is weird and if you try to look for a record that doesn’t exist in the table it’ll show that permission error instead of saying it can’t be found

Yeah everything is correct, and in fact, the automation has been working fine for weeks and suddenly it’s thrown this error randomly. It even processed a few before this today absolutely fine and then it errored again after and hasn’t worked since

Man, that’s super weird and sounds pretty frustrating to debug.  Sorry I couldn’t help; hopefully someone else has an idea!

Hey @info207,

I didn’t look into your issue in depth, but what sometimes work when things are supposed to work and they don’t:

Duplicate the module, and try to run the scenario using the new module.
If that still doesn’t work you might want to try duplicating the whole scenario just in case.
