Generate a database file from Table view and insert it as "Attachment" in a cell

This will be challenging!

I have a Table with around 350 rows that i would like to export automatically as database file tha can be opened in excel, something like Timebale.xls

Once generated this file i would like it to be inserted automatically in a cell as "Attachment" in another Table.

Are there any extensions or functions that allow me to achieve this?
Any help will be very well appreciated!

Sure, this is extremely easy to fully automate this with Make. I show how to do this with exporting CSV files on this episode of the BuiltOnAir podcast, but you could modify this to create Excel files instead.
