"Create records for multiple templates" Marketplace script

I am new in AirTable and just added the script “Create records for multiple templates” that’s available in the Marketplace to my base,
Is there a better description anywhere of what each field is? A video or anything explaining a little better how to setup the script? What each field is?

That is just VERY confusing to me at least.

i tried to look the sample in Universe, still confusing. I thought initially this can help with updating record from different table to parent table.
