I suggest you add the ability to lookup the data in a single record from a form, for any user who is logged in and has access to that record’s data. Then, it would prefill into the other fields of the form and can be reviewed, edited etc.
For instance, if I have a table of users, I could use the first field to search for the user I want, and then his/her phone number, address etc. would pop into the other fields, and I could review and change if necessary.

I’d like to have the ability to create a view based on records created or modified on a certain date. Specifically I’d like to create views for records created today and yesterday, as well as the ability to view records created on a specific date. Right now I can’t figure out how to create a view based on a relative date.

Multiplying by a percent column acts as if the percent were in fact an integer. So 100 * 50% yields 5000 in a formula column rather than the correct result of 50.

Hi, new user so apologies if this is obvious (though I did read through the tutorial and search around FAQs/forums…) Is there a way to have sub-categories within one sheet? For example, on a Task Management sheet, I would like to be able to have “hiring people” and “contacting people” etc. as sub categories-- they’re not (yet) big enough categories to warrant having separate Tables-- I’d just like to be able to see them on this one table.

So i tested the Adress feature in the App Update. How come it only does the Link in a long text field? Why does this not work in a single line text field? Maybe i am doing something wrong.
The second question is, how can i use the formula field to add up Colums in wich the adress is broken down:
Column 1, is the street name
Column 2, is the street number
Colum 3, is the Zip
Colum 4, is the City
Id like to add them all up (i have tryed it with: Colum1 & " " & Colum2 … and so forth.
As a result id like the full adress that shows up in the maps app, once its clicked.

What is the proposed idea/solution? While Copilot is great to kickoff a draft quickly, most of the times we would start builds from scratch. It would be great to have the AI generation option besides the "start from scratch" when creating a table. This would save sooo much time. In brief description the user can describe the fields to be included. How does is solve the user problems? Saves time when building tables How was this validated? ... Who is the target audience? Currently, if you have multiple layouts of an open record panel that are used in a variety of places, when you go to delete a layout, it will only tell you where it's being used. That's all fine and well but then you have to go hunt down each individual place where that's being used which, depending on the size of your interface(s), can be nearly impossible which means you're removing the ability to click into records in those locations. There should be an option when deleting an open record panel layout to default all locations that are using **bleep** to change to another layout of your choice. This would tremendously help consolidating layouts. If Airtable really wanted to tackle this problem (which of course would be an Enterprise, possibly Business plan feature) would be a central place that manages all layouts for all datasets. But at the minimum, all Airtable users should have a 'default to another layout' option when deleting a layout.

In interface designer using a standard view, I can turn off field labels, but when I'm in grid or gallery views, and click to enter a specific record, I can't turn off those same labels. They are redundant and add clutter and I'd love to be able to turn them off.
