It would be great to have a field type specifically for JSON (not just Long Text fields). This would allow us to store more complex structures of data inside a single table, including custom properties that we may not know ahead of time. (For example, if we have Users who are sending us custom properties & values that they come up with). I would love to have a feature that would search a given table by a field or set of fields to find and surface duplicate rows. It would then be great to be able to take a pre-defined action on duplicated rows such as delete, or merge. Dealing with dupes is always a pain with large data sets or importing new data into a set where some records may already exist. A way to deal with dupes in a somewhat automated way would be really helpful.

I don't understand how both btoa() and atob() methods are supported within the Airtable Scripting App Extension, but not within an Automation Scripting Action. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/btoa https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/atob Base64 encode and decode is an absolute staple in system integrations. Can it please be included to the Automation Scripting environment? To get me out of a tight spot, I have used the below function to substitute btoa() function btoa(str) {

What is the proposed idea/solution? Summary count of record comments should appear on record lines in a grid in an interface (just like it does when viewing a grid in the base). How does this solve the user problem? When viewing a grid on an interface, you will know which records have comments. How was this validated? See screenshot. Who is the target audience? Airtable Automations - Run History Across Automations Add a screen to view Airtable Automation Run History across all Automations, rather than per Automation, as this would allow for better troubleshooting since sequential processing can be derived. What is the proposed idea/solution? To add a configuration to the List and Grid elements on Interfaces that allows us to transpose the data in the source table. This enables us to present financial data in conventional way where Months, Quarters or Years are column headers in the interface presentation while the data is tied together in rows in the database (for calculations etc). How does is solve the user problems? It extends the usability of Interfaces to enable conventional financial table views. How was this validated? This transposed view is the industry norm when viewing financial data for months / quarters / years. Who is the target audience? Interface users, specifically those that want to include financial overview as part of their interface dashboards.

What is the proposed idea/solution? Add a Gantt Chart to Interfaces pages. Its one of the only Views not present in Interfaces. How does is solve the user problems? Keeps front-end-users who want a Gantt view on the front-end Who is the target audience? Developers, Project Managers, Front-end-users

What is the proposed idea/solution? In timeline view, the text from ANY type of field should wrap within the box displaying the record. How does is solve the user problems? This would enable users to see more information about each record at a glance without needing to hover over the box or zoom in (which in turn means seeing a shorter timeline and needing to side scroll more).
