Current problem: When submitting a new record, the Microsoft Teams automation generates a message to a specified channel, but there is no ability to include "@ general" to notify the team assigned to the channel. Frustratingly, we can't create Grouped Logic, with AND and OR operators within Conditional Automation Actions. The above screenshot shows this limitation, where all conditions are locked into either AND or OR. I'd like to see this work identically to other areas within Airtable, where we can apply grouped logic nested within AND and OR operators. I’m really excited about the recently released calendar views. Thank you for including this in AirTable. It really helps to visualize certain data that’s associated with date and time. That said, I’m curious if you plan on supporting date ranges? My use case is that I track events that are happening in the world, specifically film festivals. I have a table that contains a list of 1200 film festivals and their start and end dates. I’d love to be able to see the ability to create a view that shows the range of dates that the festivals are occurring. Right now I can only choose either the start or end date, which is helpful, but doesn’t show me overlapping dates between the different events. ... View more

Hi, One of the comments from the team at work is that the grid views are messy when it's a whole page of 'pill' shapes, particularly when they're all different widths (based on the text length of each option). Is there the ability to shade/colour the entire cell instead of just a pill shape? And if not, can the width of the pills be based on the width of the column instead of the text length, so they're clear and consistent regardless of the dropdown option selected? Regards, Andrew ... I find this feature invaluable in Excel, and I would love to see it implemented for Airtable. Currently the only conditional format coloring option just sticks a little colored box next to the main record name. For my team’s purposes, that’s not particularly useful. What would be awesome is if we could get individually colored cells - here’s a couple examples if a cell contains the word “hello”, that cell is colored green in the background if a cell contains a date that is within the next 2 days, that cell is colored red. I’d also love an option to shut off automatic coloring when something is grouped/sorted/filtered, as it’s distracting and not always necessary… but I guess that’s a product suggestion for a different post 🙂 ...
